Dr. Francisco Pabalan completed his Ophthalmology specialty training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, after receiving his Medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He served the military for four years as Staff Ophthalmologist in the US Air Force at March AFB, CA, then opened the first full time private Ophthalmology practice in Moreno Valley, CA in 1990.

Dr. Pabalan is the President and director of the Pabalan Eye Center team. With over 35 years experience in eye surgery and ophthalmology care, he has been an innovator in the field of ophthalmology bringing the latest eye research, developments and technologies to his practice.

For Senior Eye Health, Dr. Pabalan specializes in rapid recovery, sutureless,  outpatient Vision Correction Cataract Surgery, under topical anesthesia.
