Our current office hours have temporarily changed. Please call the office to confirm if we are open.
Patient must wear mask at all times while at our office and any relative/family member must wait in their vehicle. In efforts to protect our staff and patients, we are not accepting cash but we accept all major credit cards.
Due to COVID19 Safety Precautions, we are limiting the number of patients in our waiting room. If 2 people are already inside waiting to be checked in, please wait outside on the blue marker on the ground to maintain social distance. Please wear a mask at all times.
If you are early, you may wait in line, check in and then wait in your car. We will call you when we are ready for you.
If there is more than one person in line OUTSIDE, you may wait in your car and check back in 5-10 minutes.
We ask that only the patient enters the office, unless patient is a minor or has a disability that requires an assistant. Please have your driver or family member wait in the car.
Thank you for your cooperation!
